(A) The supply of oil being finite has become an economical
(B) The finite supply of oil has become an economical
(C) That the supply of oil is finite has become an economical
(D) The supply of oil being finite has become an economic
(E) That the supply of oil is finite has become an economic

All answers which use the adjective "economical" can be rejected.
"Economical" means "using money, time, goods etc carefully and without wasting any."
"Economic" means "relating to trade, industry, and the management of money". Thus the second adjective is the one we should use in this sentence.

Ans : E.

Meaning of Economic is totally different from economical, as already explained by Kaisa.

D is incorrect because of the use of *being* in the sentence.

1. Can someone please explain me whey D is wrong, why the usage of 'being' is wrong in D?
(D) The supply of oil being finite has become an economic

2. If I add another option F - The finite supply of oil has become an economic
Now, which option is better E or F?
I feel there is a change in meaning/push/force in E and F, now.

Experts, please help!

I would still go with E, not F.

See these examples: -
a) To refer to the whole idea of the clause, use that + clause.
the crime map indicates that violent crime is increasing at various locations in the city
b) If actual noun is the focus, then it is ok to use noun
the crime map indicates the locations of various violent crime in the city.
