I am currently working as senior IT consultant at World Bank with good billing rate.My goal is to get into Manager and Director level down the line in 5-10 years. Even though my title says senior consultant, I manage the issues and projects that are assigned to me and coordinate with external players.
I am planning to apply at Wharton, Duke and Darden's EMBA programs.I am going to sponsor myself for the program.Can I make it to Wharton even though I don't have Manager title?Are they particular about titles?
