OA is E . Is it related to exposed to or to... exposed idioms.. if so what is the correct format.. pls explain only if u r confident.

dioxin is a countable noun => eliminate A, B, C.
D uses awkward construction and changes the meaning - OUT
E is correct choise

As you see I didn't used idioms. I dont think that approach through idiom is appropriate here.

The report concludes only one thing: many of uncontrolled dioxins affect amesricans comes from...

but choice D has an AND so it would mean that report concludes 2 points:
1) many of the dioxins that are currently uncontrolled and
2) North Americans are exposed to come

So E wins
