now it is a parallel comparison problem.
In addition to having more protein -than wheat does, the protein in rice is higher quality than that in wheat with more of the amino acids essential to the human diet.
here in this sentence wheat is compared with protein but it it should be compared with rice.
so this eliminates A,C,D
From B and E, B is better coz in E again it is comparing protein to wheat but it should compare the protein in rice with the protein in wheat and that is perfectly given in B.
