Please describe your experience of working in and leading teams, either in your professional or personal life. Include any specific challenges you have faced. Given this experience, what role do you think you will play in your first year study group?


In the question, do I have to give a specific example where I led a team and the challenges I faced while leading that team ?

or do I have to describe the general experience I have leading teams, how I handle things and then mention specific challenges from various difference experiences ?

Is there place where can get good info about LBS' study groups ?
