Hi friends,
I worked for Capgemini for one year and now working for CSC since almost 18 months. I am thinking of choosing two people to recommend me (one my Manager and the other my Team Lead) from my current company. My doubt is, are these two recos good enough or should I also be getting a reco from one of my supervisor back in Capgemini? Are my manager and tech lead suitable in this case? since both of them are from the same team as I am and we three know each other very well.
