Reading your post, 720 definitely looks possible in a month. But you can be sure only after you take the GMATPrep full length CAT. It is the only accurate measure of what you will score. If you can pull a 650-670 type score now, 720+ is quite achievable in a month. Kaplan or any other test will not be much helpful to predict your score.
