I think its discussed before aas well i am pretty much sure i answered this !

neways !

the posiblity of tens being 1 and units bein 3 is the integer 13

posiblity one in 100

so the differn between the two number is 133900

so there 1339 hundreds and the posiblity is the same

ans is 1339
