pretty silly question but what does that mean when question ask, in terms of?

here is a question just in case if someone would like to explain to me what does that mean?

If m>0 and x is m percent of y, then in terms of m, y is what percent of x?

a) 100m
b) 1/100m
c) 1/m
d) 10/m
e) 10,000/m

answer is E

in terms of m, y is what percent of x
=>y/x*100 must be expressed in terms of m or m should be the only variable in the value

x=m/100*y
=>y/x=100/m
=>y/x*100=100*100/m=10,000/m (e)
