I wrote today, and did not do as well as I'd hoped.
That said, I probably will not re-write it. I think the score is decent, and my background and application will have to make up the difference lacking in my score. My only concern is that my verbal is quite low, and my background is Engineering. That may raise a flag to an admission committee. I think I did well on my essays, so I'm hoping that will help out.
As much as I was targeting a high 6 or low 7 hundred score, I don't think it will make too much difference. Thoughts? (My ideal school is Ivey in Canada)
I'll describe my approach early next week once I unwind a bit. I imagine the approach for someone who did not do so well will be just as helpful as someone who crushed the exam.
Best,
Tony
