The OA is C
Let's create the equations

\(A = 2E\)
\(B = E + 3\)
\(C = 2B\)
\(D = B+E\)

Now, set \(E = 1\) and Solve

\(A = 2(1) \Rightarrow A = 2\)
\(B = 1 + 3 \Rightarrow B = 4\)
\(C = 2(4) \Rightarrow C = 8\)
\(D = 4 + 1 \Rightarrow D = 5\)

Therefore, C
