Option A: Wrong
This is a not-so-carefully chosen sentence description because it constitutes a major linguistic nuisance having offered no discerning explanation as to the writer's article. It is almost a plagiarized response to the question.

Option B: Wrong
This would have been absolutely correct but for the participation of the word ''that''. In a sentence description that has been taken a plural dimension 'that' is not a responsible word to use but 'those' which would have both be grammatically obsolete herein since the head-words ''stalactites and stalagmites'' are in actual fact both occurring in plural forms.

Option C: Wrong
This is a primitive statement. You cannot emphasize instructively on what has not happened. ''should release'' means that, the results have been released consequently should be released the next day. ''Should have'' as used here is incoherent and lacking in context description.

Option D: Wrong
''Be'' here means ''to occur'', ''to exist'' it is a transitive verb used to indicate that the subject and object are the same. The verb ''releasing'' is a continuous one which clearly could mean doing something one after the other. Doesn't apply here.

Option E: Right
This offers the most implied meaning bereft of any condition nor does it have any complexity. It is the most appropriate, sufficient and informative of all the potions put together. It is the most grammatically consistent.
