We know that 3 angles in a triangle add to 180 degrees.
So, we get: y + (y + 10) + 90 = 180
Simplify: 2y + 100 = 180
So: 2y = 80
y = 40
So, angle B = 40, and angle A = 50
So, the ratio of the measure of angle B to the measure of angle A = 40 to 50
To simplify this ratio, divide both sides by 10 to get: 4 to 5
Answer: D
