Is the radius of circle with center O a whole number?

(1) The circumference of the circle is 16 X 22/7.
(2) The ratio of the circumference of the circle to the area of the circle is 1/4.

stmtnt 1: 2(pi)r = 16*22/7
r = 8

stmnt 2: 2(pi)r/pi*r^2 = 1/4
r = 8
