Now we got to find S, when T = 5.

Corresponding S = (80/3)*5 = 133.3

S cannot be a decimal, hence D

The question says T/S > 3/80, and not T/S=3/80; S<133

Technically we have 5/x > 3/80
or 400 >3S and S<133.33, which is 133.

What's the doubt?

if the ratio must be larger than 3 / 80

And there are 5 TA's, then first:

3 / 80 = 5 / x

x = 400/3 = 133.3

So the ratio must be larger than 5 / 133.3

You can't have 0.3 students, so you can have 133 students and still have a larger ratio than 5 / 133.3
