2/11 leaves remainder 2 ( property that any number smaller than divisor will have itself as remainder)
same is for (B), (C),(D)
Hence E is the answer

2 = 11*0 + 2
13 = 11*1 + 2
24 = 11*2 + 2
55 = 11*5 + 2
2, 13, 24 and 55 all have reminders of 2 when divided by 11. Therefore, E -> 185 must not have a reminder of 2 when divided by 11.
