Hello,

From the information you provided I consider that you have strong work experience (rapid advancement, high performance, plus interesting career path), leadership in extracurriculars and consistent involvement, okay GPA (from what I can tell, given Indian school scales), and slightly low GMAT (among Indians). And you're on the younger side (but with substantive and impressive experience). The one piece missing from the profile is your goals. Assuming appropriate/credible goals, and if you can get your work performance up into the top 5-10%, then I think a high/dream (but not out of line with a great application) would be top schools such as Columbia, HBS, Stanford. You also have some time, so you could try to raise your GMAT, which would make you a stronger applicant for Stanford and Columbia.

You might want to apply to 1-2 in this very top tier (which would also include MIT/Sloan, Tuck). Reasonable reaches would be in the very next tier, e.g., LBS, Darden, Duke, NYU, Yale. On-pars would be schools like Carnegie Mellon, UNC Kenan-Flagler, Marshall. Safeties would be in the range of Georgetown, Emory.

Best regards,
Cindy Tokumitsu

Thanks a lot Cindy. I was anxiously awaiting your reply. I would like to return back to the Consumer Goods industry or take up Consulting in the same field.

Thanks for the feedback.
Warm Regards.
