I am not getting correct diagrams for the following SETS. Please draw correct diagrams for the following SETS:

(A) [A Union(B Intersection C)]

(B) [A - (B Union C)]=[(A-B) Intersection (A-C)]

NB: I have been using MS paint to draw diagrams but I was unable to insert arrow symbols and other important symbols. Please tell the method to insert such symbols or suggest some other software to draw such diagrams and symbols. Also I have seen many members using square root symbols, power symbols etc. Please suggest a way to insert such symbols. for example in the above problem I was unable to incorporate the logic symbols such as Union, Intersection etc. I am using an old windows xp system.

Have you tried using MS Word and take a screenshot?
There are shape objects and symbols.

Hi Mathsbuddy,

Thanks for the response. My question is what will be the actual diagrams for the Sets mentioned in (A) and (B). I have drawn some diagrams but I'm not sure whether they are correct. I just want to see what the correct diagrams will look like and compare with mine. Also thanks for mentioning MS Word. I will try that. But I have seen many members actually posting X^2 etc symbols in the answer options. How is that done ?

As for inserting symbols in the text, I don't know. I was going to ask that question myself!

X-Press Shift then press 6 appearing on the top row of your Qwerty Key Board, and then press 2 to type X^2.

I use PowerPoint for all of my diagrams.
