read the question once again. Country A sent the second greatest number of reps. So, your selection of values is not correct.


IMO A is the answer.

Red one is the highest one.

Ok, It is the old posting. However, I am correcting my solution what I have done in previous post.

It is actually 6 countries.

Highest: 41, A: 10, Rest: 8, 7, 5, 4
Highest: 41, A: 9, Rest: 8, 7, 6, 4
Which certifies both the statements. Hence E.
