Can the positive integer p be expressed as the product of 2 integers , each of which is greater than 1?

(1) 31<p<37
(2) p is odd

Hi,
A positive number can be expressed as product of 2 integers(greater than 1), if it is not a prime number.
From(1): 31<p<37.
There are no primes between 31 and 37. So, p is not a prime. So, p can be written as a product of 2 integers
Sufficient

From(2): p is odd
We don't know whether p is prime.
Not sufficient

Hence, A
