Difficult DS sum

The time taken to make an automobile part increases proportionally with the increase in specifications to make that part. With 100 parts made, 15 with basic specifications, 45 with one added specification and the remaining 40 with 3 added specifications, did the time to make all of these automobile parts exceed 250 hours?

(1) It takes 1 hour to make the part with basic specifications and with each additional specification it takes 20 additional minutes.

(2) Each part is made by 2 people and weighs 2 pounds.

Hi,
From(1): Basic specification - 1hour
1 additional specification - 1hour+20 mins = 4/3 hours
3 additional specification - 1hour+(20)3 mins = 2 hours
So time taken is 15(1)+45(4/3)+40(2) = 155
It doesn't exceed 250 hours.
Sufficient
From(2): Not sufficient

Hence, A

for 45 - (1hr + 20/60) * 45

for 40 - (1hr + 3*20/60) * 40

adding all 3 will give the requisite.
