The OA is C

Solution:

We see that there are 150 x 0.3 = 45 empty coach seats and 50 x 0.2 = 10 empty business class seats. Therefore, the number of empty seats is (45 + 10) / (150 + 50) = 55/200 = 27.5% of the total number of seats on the plane.

Answer: C
