if x+ y >20 and y > 30 ..can we calculate the limit of x or can we calculate the range of x- y?

If x + 31 > 20, how's that x ≥ -11?
When y > 30 is added to x > -11, how's that x - y > -41?
Answer is compulsion to some only when it does exist, at least.
