first take the diagnostic test in OG and see how u r doing
i think mgmat guides along with practice on BTG q shd help
also attempt GMAT tests to check ur preps
In the BTG->GMAT courses you can find more resources

You can never define "enough" by how many books you read or how many problems you do -- define it by your confidence and performance on full-length practice tests.

As far as preparation, the order matters less than the pattern. Any good test prep source will give you the overall review (and there is no "best" one! You need one that suits your learning style); do that first. After that, you should be working questions that challenge you, tracking your progress on those question types and topics, and taking regular full-length practice exams. When you are regularly nailing almost all the Quant including most questions at the highest difficulty, you're getting closer to that 750+.
