The best work is not always done by those who work the faster/fastest
which one is correct explain pls..

I think because you are doing comparison over here so you should use comparative degree, i.e. faster.

Please let me know if I'm wrong.

I'm no expert, just trying to work on my skills. If I've made any mistakes please bear with me.
