structure of sentence

1.Break up of XYZ enterprise , the world's largest manufacturing firm,....
2.Break up of the world's largest manufacturing firm,XYZ enterprise,...

Can anyone explain me which structure of the sentences stated above is correct ...

Both the sentences are grammatically correct. The main difference is in the emphasis; the first one emphasizes XYZ enterprise; "the world's largest manufacturing firm" is parenthetical in this case. In the second usage, the focus is on "the world's largest manufacturing firm"; XYZ just happens to the name of that firm. The right choice in GMAT would depend on the author's intent.
