After Andre has already saved 3/7 of the cost of a new car, the remaining value of car = 1 – 3/7 = 4/7

After Andre will be able to save 4/5 of the remaining amount, the remaining value of the car = (1 – 2/5) = 3/5 of the remaining amount = 3/5 of 4/7 = 12/35

Correct answer: C

Hope this helps!
