Could somebody explain in which cases to use "have" and in which cases to use "do"?

Which sentences are correct?

A) They have a greater significance than the particulars of the plan do.
B) They have a greater significance than do the particulars of the plan.
C) They have a greater significance than the particulars of the plan have.
D) They have a greater significance than have the particulars of the plan.

E) They have had a greater significance than the particulars of the plan did.
F) They have had a greater significance than the particulars of the plan had.

G) They had a greater significance than the particulars of the plan had.
H) They had a greater significance than the particulars of the plan did.
