It really depends on which tier of schools you are looking at. Most top tier programs require a minimum of 2 years work experience with the exception of a couple of schools(Yale and Harvard) that have programs aimed at college Juniors and Seniors. You also need to consider your post-MBA goals so that you select a program that focuses on the areas you want to emphasize in your studies (ie. entrepreneurship, finance, healthcare, etc.)
