yet another blow to anthropocentricity came with the discovery of dark matter, not only is man not the centre of the universe physically ( as Copernicus showed) or biologically (as Darwin showed); it now appears that us and all that one see are not even made of the predominant variety of matter in the universe.

a) that us and all that one see are not even made of
b) that we and all that we see are not even made of
c) that us and all are made not even of
d) that we and all else seen are made not even of
e) we and all that we see not even made of

imo B

I think its poorly framed. Even the non-underlined part of the sentence can be corrected ;)

"yet another blow to anthropocentricity came with the discovery of dark matter, not only is man not the centre of the universe physically ( as Copernicus showed) or biologically (as Darwin showed); it now appears "

; is not correct usuage here.
