If lines k and j are in the xy-coordinate plane, is the slope of line k greater than the slope of line j ?

(1) The x-intercept of line k is greater than the x-intercept of line j

(2) Lines k and j intersect at (7, 2)

a, this is not enough because the line can turn freely and m=y2-y1/x2-x1 can be any value

b, not sufficient with the same reason as in a,

both a and b

m>0 when the angle with ox is smaller than 90 and m<0 when the angle with ox is larger than 90 . so both a and b is not sufficien . pls drawing

IMO E

a. a line can take any orientation about a point so not possible to make a claim on slopes
b. again not possible as lines can take any orientation around intersection point.

a and b.
say J and K are points on x axis where j and k cut x axis and point of intersection of j and k is I.
take 2 cases:
1. X position of I is between J and K and y position of X>0
= > slope of j(positive) > slope of k(negative)
2. X position of I is between J and K and y position of X<0
= > slope of j(negative) > slope of k(positive)

so cant answer.
