Exp in years: 4
GMAT: 740
VERBAL: 40
Quants: 50
AWA: 4
College: National Institute of Technology
Extracurricular: Participated in social service as part of Microsoft social service campaigns

Want to do a MBA in technology in USA.
Is it possible to get scholarship for an MBA
Which colleges should i aim for?

Female + Microsoft + 740 = apply where you want.
Don't apply out of Top 20 programs. There's no reason for you to compromise.
:)

And you can aim for programs with tech strengths - Stanford, Haas, MIT, Anderson, Tepper.. although General Management programs would be great for you too!

Microsoft is a good brand & your GMAT score is also good.
With 4 yrs of experience you can present a strong candidature.

Look at the following
Haas - can target but difficult to get scholarship
Tepper - can get scholarship
USC Marshall -can get scholarship
Texas Mccombs- can get scholarship
