MGMAT Books third vs fourth edition

Are there major changes between the 3rd to 4th MGMAT editions? I want a complete set but have 3 of the third edition math books (Fractions; Word Problems; Equations) and wonder if I should bother getting the 4th editions.

I can only help you with regards to the SC guide: the third edition references OG 11, while the fourth edition uses OG 12. Be careful what you buy depending on what you already have!
