Not the OP, but I did get the exact same score last Friday. In my last two weeks, I took three Manhattan GMAT's and two GMATPreps.

Manhattan - 700, 720, 700

GMAT Prep - 700, 740

I'd say both are pretty accurate indicators. Manhattan's GMAT is definitely a bit tougher than the real deal in terms of difficulty, but the scoring seems to work out the same.

In the last two weeks I did as many practice tests as possible. I uninstalled and reinstalled the gmatprep software three times and even though I was seeing some of the same questions, this was the closest simulation of the actual exam. I even saw a few very familiar questions on the real thing. I was generally scoring between 740 and 760 on these tests but since I was seeing some of the same questions each time, a 720 was what I was hoping for (well, I was kinda hoping for a 750)

I also spent as much time as possible on this forum while at work.
