You get access to 4 CATs when you purchase PR Cracking the GMAT book. I think it costs $36 or so. I managed to get the book from our town library and was able to register it online. Apparently no one else had registered it before I did.

Hi Stormier

Whats your take on my progress.

GMATPrep 700
GMATPowerprep 700
KAPLAN 550 670 570 630
Manhattan 640 600
Princeton 710 720
Veritas 610
Knewton 630

Like you, I too am working and hardly have any time. Many a times I give 2 tests on weekends.

My exams are 10 days away and I am not sure if with these scores I can cross 700. And I need 680-700 into the college I am aiming

I still have to give 3 MGMAT & 2 PR CAT's

And congrats on getting such a score in just 2 months

Hi PS2011,

Your practice scores are pretty much in line with mine, except for the MGMAT CATs. But looking at your GMATPrep score and PR CAT scores, I think you are set for a good score. Just keep your calm during the exam and you'll cross that 700 mark.

I'd advise you to take both the PR CATs, 1 MGMAT CAT and then towards the end retake GMATPreps. In the last 5 days or so just study from OG and GMATPrep so that you only have official question types in your system.

I'll say it again - remember to stay calm in your exam. Do not panic and rush through. Ever. I think you'll achieve your target score. Good luck, and I'll look forward to your debrief.

Hi Stormier,

Hearty congratulations on your great score! Just stumbled across your post. I also went to U of M (for MSME in fall2002).
I am planning to take GMAT by end of April to apply for Fall 2012.

Good luck to your apps!

Thanks for your tips and suggestions. While I was conscious of your advice on test day, I failed to implement it while doing quant :( . However, did calm myself after 15 minutes and tried to salvage the situation as best as I could.
