700 (Q49, V35) Do I need to retake??

by athakkar » Fri Nov 16, 2007 11:12 am
Do you think the score is good enough to get me in one of the top 10-15 programs or should I retake. I consistently scored 720 or above in all the MGMAT practice tests and just the day before actual test I scored 750.

Thank you.

I think this is definitely a competitor score for the top programs. I would discourage against re-taking.

Congrats!

Unless you are absolutely certain that you can increase your score up to 770 or higher, I would advise against retaking the exam. Even then, I would be hesistant to retake it.

I would not suggest retaking the exam unless you have a clear strategy for preparation. You GMAT score is in line with your test scores.
