GMAT disaster

Ok guys,
I've been reading this forum since the time I started my prep work. This is great site and it has helped me a LOT. Needless to say you guys are doing a great job.

Anyways, I feel little ashamed about my score. I just scored a mere 490. I screwed lot of verbal. javascript:emoticon(':(') My quant was still OK.
I hate to give excuses like family, work...etc...but it is what it is. What I realised though was I never learned from my mistakes.
Neways, I'll stop ranting...I called up my local school admission counseller, as per them there's an average of 560 required, however their website says no minimum required. Admission lady said, if I had already 16 yrs of education, then they might be able to call me in for an interview.

Can someone tell me what do they ask in the interviews? What should I be prepared for. Has anyone ever gone through this? Do you think I still stand a chance. I've over 10 years of US experience as a Development Manager.

Please let me know.
Sudhin
