I am looking for some input on my chances on getting into the NYU Stern Part-Time MBA program.

UG:
Mount Holyoke but transfered to Baruch College: GPA 3.4 - Bachelors of Business Administration - Major: Marketing, Minor: Poli Sci
Extra-curricular: Rugby, college radio station
GMAT (1st attempt): 640 (Q:39,V:38)
Work Experience:
2009 - present (at the same company with the below roles - a top company in the digital advertising industry)
-> 2009 - 2010 - Associate Account Manager
- assisted the team with any task needed
-> 2010 - 2012 - Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
- Managed 35+ campaigns including setting up and meeting agency expectations as well as provide post-campaign analysis for renewal and up sell recommendations to clients.
-> 2012 - 2013 - Manager of Account Management (team of 13)
- Manage and develop Account Management Team including hiring and training.
- Help to create and implement strategic partnerships to improve efficiency within the team and grow revenue.
- Identify growth opportunities and up-selling potential within existing client base.
- Develop positive inter-and intra-departmental working relationships with other departments and business units. Serve as escalation point for internal departments, clients, and department heads.
- Find new ways to refine and develop process to improve day-to-day operations within Account Management team as well as work to create new teams to help support workload/workflow.
-> 2013 - present - Manager of Account Strategy (team of 6)
- Develop team process and documentation to ensure efficiency
- Manage key accounts to drive growth and revenue
a. Analyze campaign data to provide performance insights, and recommend optimizations to achieve client objectives
b.Provide post-campaign analytics and transferable learnings
- Work with existing partners on the development of technology to correspond with team needs
- Vet new companies and build business cases to create partnership opportunities based on team needs
Recommendations: Very Good - from VP of Global Ad Operations and VP of Media Development
