2nd try. beaten but improved (480 -> 600)

by Cyc » Wed Jul 21, 2010 11:55 pm
Hi

My first attempt was 480 which was last september

After that i took some breaks in between then i HAD to take it on 7/7/2010 just to get past 500 so i can apply for scholarships given by my university ( Kuwait University )

and my score was 600 (Q 45 , V 27)

i still need more work to do but +120 improvment is not bad at all.

i need more work on my verbal while keep practicing math.

Am Kuwaiti and 23 years old.
I graduated from Kuwait University (College of Business Administration) in 2009 with BS in Finance.
My goal and what i really want to, continue my studies ASAP ( Masters and Phd both in Finance ) then work at Kuwait University as a faculty member there.

GPA: 3.40
MGPA: 3.80

Work experience: not much, ive been working at Central Bank of Kuwait since 11-April-2010

can i get in one of these with my current prof ?

beautiful

All you need to do now is to work a bit more. You touch 700 or come close to 700, there would be college that would be simply falling over themselves to have a person who could put in so much effort to improve the score.

Congratulations

Congrats on the jump! What did you do in between the two tests? How much time did you study between the two?
