Most schools do.
First, check the FAQs or International pages of each of your target schools.
So, Columbia lists on their FAQs (
https://www8.gsb.columbia.edu/programs-a ... uestions#1):
Will I qualify for admission with a three-year undergraduate degree?
We accept applications from candidates with a three-year undergraduate degree. Those applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Kellogg lists one their FAQs (
https://www.kellogg.northwestern.edu/pro ... qs.aspx#34):
If I have a 3-year bachelor's degree, am I eligible to apply?
Yes. We are familiar with various international educational systems and recognize that 3-year undergraduate programs are the norm in much of the United Kingdom and in India. Many of our applicants from India have also completed a 16th year of education in a master's program, but this is not a requirement.
Second, directly ask the school if you do not find this information on their website.
Best of luck but you should be fine,
