GMAT score (690)..Work Ex 8.5 yrs

I gave my GMAT today and scored 690 though was expecting 700+. I am a software engineer working as a manager in an IT company...I have 8.5 years of work exp.
I want to do MBA in Consulting or in Technology Management. I am looking at some of the top B schools like Harvard, Wharton, Insead, LBS, HKUST, NUS (Singapore) and Kellogg. What are my chances of getting in...

Also would applying for round 3 matter?

I guess you are aiming for an executive MBA. You have a good shot in most of the schools you mentioned considering your role, your exp and a decent GMAT score. Good Luck!!
