Hi everyone!
I took the gmat today(710, V40, Q49) and i want to give you some advices, that might be useful. During the test, i noticed, that it's really profitable to think some tasks over (mainly in maths), i mean if you solve the question within 20 seconds or sth like this, just stop and think, where you might have made a mistake, with this method i spotted at least 3 or 4 stupid errors i could make. The point is, as you probably already know, gmat is full of traps, primarily of traps you really can avoid. Control the time and if you see you are ahead of it, be careful!
I am not a native english speaker(you spotted it, right?;)), hence i found the verbal part incredibly hard, specially critical reasoning, yet sentence correction questions were really manageable. The hint for foreigners: try to develop your vocabulary(newspapers and so on), because even the best reasoning will not help, if you do dont get the meaning of an argument. I am pretty sure, if my english were better, the score would be >750, but i really dont care, i only needed >600;).
I used the standard materials, that are listed in almost every topic, so i won't write them down again.
good luck on your gmats, you're gonna make it!!!
