I don't know if I beat the GMAT -700

I first took it on October 23 and got 640 and 5.5 on AWA. On December 6, I retook the test and my score was 700. I don't know if I beat the GMAT because while my Q is 49, my verbal is just 35

. I feel like I messed it up! 35 on verbal is just a 74 percentile. I am worried :s. Will the admission committee see this negatively?
