GMATPrep in my opinion. It's vetted by GMAC.

Thanks for your reply! that makes me more stressed .. people are saying kaplan is harder and people get better scores on the real gmat than the kaplan cats.. but for some reason im doing worse on the gmat prep then the kaplan cats.. and gmat prep doesnt even give an explanation on what you did wrong.

Kaplan CAT 8: 500
Gmat Prep: 400

Very recently, my friend studied from the GMAC Official Guide and supplements for 6 weeks. He then took both GMATPrep tests and finally the GMAT itself. His actual GMAT score was within 20 points of his GMATPrep scores.

This is, of course, just one data point. And your mileage may vary.
