I took the GMAT for the first time and I made a dismal 460. I have studied for the exam for about two months. The first time I took a practice, I got 430 (GMAT prep software). I took a Kaplan test online and got a 480. A week later I unknowingly took the same Kaplan test, but it was at a local university. I got a 510 (40q, 29v). I took the second practice test on the prep software and got a 540 (39q, 25v), but I felt like a lot of the questions were one that I had covered in the OG. Â The night before i took the real exam, i took the second practice exam (gmat prep) and got a 480. I became extremely pissed off and could not shake it off at all. I didn't figure that I would get my desired 600+, but I hoped I would get something in the 500s.Â

I have tried it all, but never found that I finished anything. I have the OG (11), math and verbal 2nd editions, Kaplan direct, cliffnotes cram book, and the Princeton review workbook( used in their classes). I found that I didn't like using the books because I was tempted to write in them. I was trying to get use to working problems on the screen. I discovered the MasterGMAT program and loved it. Not sure if that is the best way to go or what. I finally feel calm, at least until I schedule my next day. Â So besides going a doc to get some anti anxiety meds, what should I do?Â
