Please advice!!
I would suggest that you push back the date of your test and study the verbal section in details. People seem to underestimate this section and a low verbal score can be very harmful to your bottom score. Therefore, you might want to buy the MGMAT book on Sentence Corrections, the Critical Reasoning Bible and read, read and read as much as possible English periodicals.

The good point is that you seem to be doing good with maths and a small improvement in your verbal score might give a great push to your overall score.

Good luck!

Then you might want to consider spending the last days of study doing only verbal problems and analyze the answers. Try to boost your short-term memory with verbal concepts.

hi all, I also had issues in improving my verbal scores. I gained only Q58V12 in the 1st time and Q49V12 in the 2nd time, which ended up both scores below 500. I am really disappointed, especially when I knew the score of my 2nd attempt was even lower than the 1st one. I spent lot more preparation work on verbal on my 2nd GMAT exam. Can anyone please give me some hint on the verbal techniques and strategies that I can crack on to improve my scores in the verbal section?

Thanks a lot!!!
