cool I have the OG

by awax22 » Mon Oct 15, 2007 1:29 am
ok I have the OG and I practised the diagnotic and I did pretty well. I am not sure how realistic it is ?
Can someone tell me.

I have several books including the Kaplan and The princeton review.
I think I am going to concentrate on the OG. I have about a month left to go and I plan to do all the test on the OG. What do you guys think of this plan ?

I am applying for MIT, Stanford Berkeley, Warthon, INSEAD and IMD so I need more than 700. Basically 730 would be cool.

Verbal is not my forte as I am not a native speaker but I tend (so far and surpringly for me) to get a lot of answers correct as I spent two years in the us and feel I am familiar with some idioms an expressions ...

By the way, I have a little more time for IMD since the deadlines are pretty far from now. What do you guys think about IMD compared to INSEAD for exemple ?

Thanks again for this wonderful site.

Keep practicing with the OG. The diagnostic test at the beginning of the book does contain real past GMAT questions but it does not really give you a feel for what the test will be like or what your score might be like. For that, download the GMATPrep software from mba.com and take one of those full-length tests. (Don't take the 2nd one right away - save the 2nd one for the end of your prep, right before you take the real test.)
