I have the Kaplan GMAT Premier 2010-2011 which has 4 CATs included in the CD. Yesterday, I gave the CAT 1 and scored a 670 q50 v33.

I found the quant questions easy but the verbal(especially RC) was very difficult. I made a lot of mistakes on the SC too.

So, my question is how close is the Kaplan quant to GMAT quant and Kaplan verbal to GMAT verbal? Should I stick to the Kaplan CATs or should I continue with them?

If you are asking about CATs, then I suggest you check out MGMAT tests first. From what I have heard, the scores which you get on them are very close to what you will get on GMAT. That will help you understand where you are lagging behind and start working on it :)
