Yes, a 730 is enough for a top 5 school. However, the GMAT isn't everything. You need a very strong profile: GPA, GMAT, work experience, extracurriculars, and essays.

A very loaded question! Are you talking about admission to a Top 5 Business school or a Top 5 Program in Finance? If the former, then your score is awesome.
