one thing you ought to try in the last week or two before the test is my OPENERS DRILL.
in this drill, you hammer through about 100 o.g. quant problems per hour, and just specify how you would START the problem. that's right - you don't actually go all the way through the problem, you just start it and move on. you see, more than half the battle against gmat math problems is won or lost right at the beginning of the problem: if you're off to a solid beginning, you'll probably do well on the problem, and, if you falter and take over a minute even to start the problem, you probably won't do so well.
this is especially important in your case, because you're going to get nailed with difficult problem after difficult problem after difficult problem. you should try to come up with AS MANY DIFFERENT OPENERS AS POSSIBLE for the different problems. (for instance, there are something like 5 different ways to start #245 in the yellow og problem solving section.) this way, when you're faced with a difficult problem on the test, you can just go bang, bang, bang through all the different options that are available to you, rather than having to think creatively. (creative thinking is NOT a good thing on standardized tests - it's a sign of desperation. if the whole test goes as though it were multiple-choice - if the only decisions you have to make are BETWEEN options, rather than from scratch - you can rest assured that you nailed it.)

what, for the openers drill?
no, you should use the drill to go through ALL of the problems in the official guides (both og11 and the green quant supplement). in fact, the more difficult the problems, the more important it is that you have a good, solid, instant opener, because the difficult problems are the ones that will be more demanding on your time after the opener.

remember not to try this drill until you've gotten about as far as you're going to get with learning content, and/or you have 1 week or less remaining until the test date.

it's not a separate thing that you can obtain! go back and read the thread again:
the opener drill is a technique that you apply to problems in the official guide. you go through the official guide problems and make sure that you can generate a viable opener for each problem in, ideally, 15-30 seconds (including the time taken to read the problem).
if you spend that length of time and come up with nothing, then you have to go back, review that problem type, and make sure that you're faster on the ball with an opener the next time you look at that problem (or a similar problem).

but the point is to do the drill on official problems. you could theoretically do it on ANY problems - including our question banks, or gmatprep problems, or whatever else - but the official problems should be priority number one.
